Q: Is shipping costs included in the price and how long will it take to receive my product(s)?
     A: Shipping is an additional charge however, we guarantee prompt, speedy, accurate delivery, usually within 14 business days of your order.
 
Q: What happens if I am not fully satisfied with the product(s) I ordered? What is your refund/return policy?
      A: WE @ "HappyCamperonline.com" want each and every one of our customers completely satisfied. Each individual we do business with has our respect and we understand that there may be times when products do not meet your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we welcome you to return the product, in its' original package, within 30 days of purchase (unused unless defective) of delivery to you. You may request a refund or exchange for a product of equal value. We only ask that you include why you are returning the product in order to eliminate any issues that lead to the return, and to prevent future issues.
 
Q: Do you offer warranties on your products?
     A: All our merchandise comes with factory warranties which may vary from one product to another. WE honor all original warranties!
 
Q: What about my rights, as the "consumer", regarding my privacy and my protection against fraud and identity theft? Can I feel 100% safe ordering from your company?
     A:YES YOU CAN! All/any of your information will soley be used for the purpose of your order. We pride ourselves on our honor and hold the utmost respect for YOU the consumer! Your information will never be shared with any other company, individual, or organization! We absolutely guarantee your privacy, your RIGHT, as our patrons!
